Dr. Fatima Samir Beydoun graduated as valedictorian of her class, and she went on to study Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor on a full-ride scholarship where she earned her Bachelor of Science. She graduated medical school from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing and completed her family medicine residency at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills. She became a Board-Certified Family Physician in 2021. During her residency, she also completed a Certification of Fellowship in Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Beydoun enjoys the full scope of family practice and working with the entire family, from newborns to geriatrics, toward wellness and lifestyle change. She has a special interest in women’s health and various procedures in dermatology, gynecology, and joint injections. Dr. Beydoun has a strong passion for community medicine and studied Community Action and Social Change for several years, while also working with various community-led efforts both locally and globally. She has sought to understand the impact of cultural and socioeconomic factors on patients and their families in order to provide personalized care and empower patients. Dr. Fatima Samir Beydoun speaks multiple languages including Arabic, English, and French. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and sports.
